Air quality in nine areas of Sarawak remains unhealthy as transboundary haze persists, affecting several regions.

As of 8 am on August 12, air quality in nine areas of Sarawak was reported to be at unhealthy levels due to ongoing transboundary haze, according to a report by Malay Mail.
Additionally, air quality in other regions, including Putrajaya and parts of Selangor, such as Cheras and Shah Alam, is also bordering on unhealthy, as noted by the environment department's air pollutant index portal.
