São Paulo starts cold week, but heat is expected to return soon
The week began with low temperatures in São Paulo, but highs are expected to rise again by Friday.
São Paulo began the week with cold and rainy weather, recording minimums of 12°C. According to forecasts, this condition will be temporary as temperatures are expected to rise quickly starting Thursday, January 13, with highs predicted to reach up to 33°C.
Relative humidity is also expected to drop, reaching levels below 30%. This change in weather conditions is associated with a fluctuation in temperatures that will affect other parts of Southeast Brazil, such as Rio de Janeiro.
Meanwhile, the southern region of Brazil will face storms throughout the week. Cold temperatures will still prevail on Tuesday, especially in the South and the eastern part of the Southeast, before temperatures begin to rise.
